Paddling up the Cariboo River, Cariboo Lake, BC
The inflow of the Cariboo River into the Cariboo Lake looks quite wide, but only a few hundred meters upstream it turns into lush marshland and it sometimes becomes difficult to follow the river’s course. This is the Cariboo River Provincial Park, connecting the Bowron Lakes with Likely and the Quesnel Lake.
